Good question - I also don’t know how clear those definitions are. In my head all managers that are under department heads would be middle, and department heads + C-suite would be upper/senior management. And the subset of upper management that is C-level is, well, C-level.
What’s Volkswagen’s org structure like? I wouldn’t normally expect a department head to be middle management.

Just had this discussion/argument with my mom last week!
Fair enough - I’d also go with ‘the data is corrupt’ so looks like I must eat my own words!
The singular of data is datum though?
To be fair most do work without the app. The app is for remote control and other features like colors usually.
Ahh Knoppix :’) I think live boots were my introduction to Linux.
Wherever from? (Also where are you that uses Euros but also feet?)
Got a recipe?

True, but they aren’t mammals.
Thanks for mentioning what you did about “legitimate interest” - at least now it’s clear you don’t know what you’re talking about. I’d suggest reading up on it, looking at cookie banners on GDPR-compliant websites, and talking to privacy lawyers or people that regularly work in this space as a starting point. Have a good day!
I can’t tell if you’re deliberately trolling or not but here you go:
Data minimization is a key principle of the GDPR. It requires organizations to collect and process only the personal data that is necessary for their specified purposes. It explicitly addresses data minimization in Article 5(1)© GDPR, which states that personal data shall be: “adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed (‘data minimization’).”

You are right, and this adds to my point.
Did you read past that sentence?
I am in no way trying to support Apple but perhaps you should reflect on the very questions and statements you’re making.
Uh, no. GDPR is about how private data is stored, handled, and removed - and if it could be sent to third parties then only with the user’s consent. The consent is only a requirement if data is being sent to third parties - not sending data to third parties is perfectly fine and almost encouraged.

I didn’t see anyone saying this: the question I would pose to myself is less about the age of the date being 30 but more about her age being closer to your daughter’s and them being friends. There is nothing wrong with the age gap itself but how you feel about the situation matters more I’d say.
How do you feel about dating someone who is your daughter’s friend and essentially grew up at the same time as your daughter?
